I’ve never hung wallpaper before. Do you have any tips?

Wallpaper is our thing. Here are our favorite tips:

1. Peel and Stick wallpapers and wall murals are great for DIY-ers, renters, and residential applications because they’re ready to hang out of the box and remove with no residue. Premium Type II wallpapers and wall murals are recommended for heavy traffic areas and commercial applications.

2. Have a friend or partner assist if you plan on hanging wallpaper yourself.

3. Give yourself plenty of work space, and apply only one panel at a time.

4. Always measure and pre-cut your panel, which will minimize any snagging or tears.

5. Make a reference point for where the pattern should match up and align accordingly.

6. Enjoy the process! Once the first panel is up, the rest go up in a breeze.

7. Our wallpapers and murals are durable and fade resistant. Gently wipe with a lightly damp microfiber cloth or clean sponge to clean, if needed.

What wallpaper and mural materials do you offer?

Our wallpaper rolls and wall murals are available in the following options:

Peel and Stick

• Fabric texture paper arrives ready to hang with self-adhesive backing.

• Easy to reposition and remove.ㅤ

Premium Type II

• Soft grain texture paper arrives unpasted.

• Permanent and durable residential and commercial-grade product.

Which material should I use for my project?

Peel and Stick products are great for DIY-ers, homeowners and renters for their ease of application and maintenance. Peel and Stick products also remove without any residue when it’s time to change things up or move on.

Premium Type II products are preferred by design and business professionals for commercial and hospitality settings due to their heavier weight and added durability. Premium Type II can also be used for high traffic residential areas for its stain and scuff proof properties.

We recommend ordering samples to determine your preference.

What wallpaper and mural sizes do you offer?

Wallpaper rolls are available in the following options:

• 24 in x 10 ft (61 cm x 3.1 m)

• 24 in x 24 ft (61 cm x 7.3 m)

Wall murals are available in the following options:

• 2 Panel Mural Set: Each panel 24 in x 12 ft (61 cm x 3.65 m); 48 in (122 cm) horizontal repeat, no vertical repeat

• 4 Panel Mural Set: Each panel 24 in x 12 ft (61 cm x 3.65 m); 96 in (244 cm) horizontal repeat, no vertical repeat

How much material will I need for my project?

Every project is different so we recommend taking measurements of the walls you plan to cover.

Use our Calculating Guides to see how many rolls we recommend based on your room dimensions and product type. Confirm the size of the wallpapers you will need (we recommend adding 25% for possible waste) before placing your order. Please note, we do not offer refunds for unused rolls.

What can I expect from a sample?

Wallpaper roll samples are 12 x 12 in. Wall mural samples are 12 x 36 in.

Samples are intended as a swatch to display pattern scale and material of a chosen design in your space. Although we are unable to provide larger samples, you are welcome to order more than one sample of the same design to envision more of your chosen design on the wall.

What paste should I use when hanging Greenly Living’s Premium wallpaper?

If your wall has any texture, we recommend first sanding and priming your walls. Walls must be smooth for proper application.

You can then hang your Peel and Stick product as instructed or use a high-quality adhesive to hang your Premium Type II product.

Shipping & Returns

What is the cost of delivery?

Orders over $150 ship free with standard shipping in the continental US. Orders under $150 have a $7 shipping fee. For international shipping, please contact us for a quote.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

In stock wallpapers and wall murals are printed to order and take 5-7 business days to be produced and shipped. Custom and special order products have a 4-6 week lead time.

How can I track my order?

We can’t wait either! We’ll send you an email to let you know when your order has shipped including a link to track your package.

What is the return policy for orders?

All wallpapers and wall murals are custom printed to order and thus not eligible for returns or exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out so we can investigate.

My wallpaper arrived and it appears the rolls are damaged. What do I do? 

Our products are packaged securely to avoid shipping disappointments. If in the unfortunate event that your order arrives and the rolls appear to be damaged, contact us with your Order Number within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement. Please keep the box, all packing materials, and contents and we’ll provide a return shipping label. We will need photos of the packing materials and contents in order to file a claim with the courier.

We will work as quickly as possible to produce and ship replacement rolls.

Sales

Will I be charged sales tax on my order?

We are required to collect sales tax based on the laws and regulations of the state or province indicated in the shipping address. As tax regulations continue to evolve, we will continue to monitor state and local tax laws to ensure compliance.

How will I know my order was received?

You’ll receive an email confirmation of your order provided that we have an accurate email address on record. You’ll also receive an email when your product ships which will include tracking information.

How can I make a tax exempt order with Greenly Living?

Tax exempt orders can be placed via telephone or email after a tax exempt certificate has been emailed to us and confirmed. Email your Tax Exempt certificate and your contact information to sales@greenlyliving.co. Allow up to 2 weeks for processing.

Do you offer a Trade program?

We love working with design and trade professionals on a wide range of projects. If you’re in the industry and would like access to trade-exclusive discounts and product first looks, apply to our Trade Program HERE.

Can I create a custom wallpaper or wall mural with Greenly Living?

Can I change the color or scale of an existing Greenly Living design?

Absolutely. We can coordinate any existing design to your project’s unique color palette. Re-sizing is available on select designs.
