RETURNS & REFUNDS

All made to order products including wallpaper, wall murals, tiles, and fine art prints are final sale and not eligible for return or refund. Samples are available for purchase to ensure you are confident with your final order. Custom orders and sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.



DAMAGES & LOST ITEMS

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If, in the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged, contact us at with the order number within 7 days of the delivery date. Keep all packing materials, the shipping box, and contents, as we will need photos of the packing materials and contents in order to file a courier claim.

In order to process any replacements, we require a physical return of the product. We will work as quickly as possible to produce and ship replacements to you as soon as we have been informed of the situation. We are unable to honor product replacement requests after 7 days. 

We cannot accept responsibility for personal damages to an item. If the item has been misused, dropped, torn, stained, stored improperly, etc., we are unable issue a refund. Additionally, if a package is confirmed delivered by our shipping partners, but it is stolen or you are unable to locate it, we are unable to issue a refund. A claim may be filed with the shipping carrier for lost or stolen packages. 



NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are final sale and not eligible for returns or refund: samples; wallpaper and wall Murals; tile decals; fine art prints; commercial goods (including Trade & Wholesale); custom order products; sale/clearance items; shipping fees; gift cards. Additionally, all international orders are final sale.
