Shipping policy

ORDER FULFILLMENT

All wallpaper and wall murals are made to order. You may select between Standard Production (3–4 weeks) or Rush Production (1 week) at checkout. Samples ship within 3–5 business days. We aim to fulfill and ship all orders as quickly as possible.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (USA)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination. We offer both Standard and Expedited shipping options.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update. Delivery times vary by location.

Orders ship via UPS, USPS, or FedEx. For security, orders over $500 require a signature upon delivery. If you need an update, we recommend checking your tracking link or contacting the shipping carrier directly.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Shipping rates for international orders are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination. We offer both Standard and Expedited shipping options. If you don’t see a shipping option for your country, please contact us with the items and quantities you wish to order for a custom quote. International delivery typically takes 7–21 business days, depending on location and customs processing.

Greenly Living is not responsible for import duties, VAT, or any other customs fees should your package be processed by customs. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient. For specific information about your country, consult your local authorities. All international orders are final sale.
