Shipping & Returns

ORDER FULFILLMENT

Greenly Living will process your order within 3-5 business days for in-stock items, and 5-7 business days for made-to-order items. Custom and special order items have a 4-6 week lead time, though we will do our best to produce and ship your order as soon as possible. 

We offer both domestic and international shipping. Shipping fees are based on weight of the final package and final destination. Should you need your item sooner than standard ground shipping, we offer several expedited shipping options at checkout. As soon as your order leaves our hands, you will receive a separate email with tracking details. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the specific customs processes for international orders.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Packages are shipped via traceable UPS, USPS, or FedEx. Orders over $500 will require a signature for delivery. You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order ships. If you'd like an update on the whereabouts of your order, please check your tracking information email or contact the carrier directly.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping options will be available at checkout, dependent on your location. If you are outside out international shipping regions or do not see shipping options, please contact us for a shipping quote, including the items and quantities you'd like to purchase. Please note, international orders generally take 7-21 business days. Greenly Living is not responsible for import fees, taxes, VATS or any other custom fees should your package be processed by customs. All international sales are final.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

All Wallpaper, Murals, and Tile Decals are final sale and not eligible for return or refund. Sample swatches of these products are available for purchase to ensure you are confident with your final order. 

Returns for all other products are accepted within 14 days of delivery according to their tracking receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging. To begin your return request, contact aus at hello@greenlyliving.co with your Order Number within 14 days of delivery. We advise keeping the shipping box and packing materials to make your return easier. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. All returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee.

Bespoke orders and sale items are not eligible for refunds. Products that were purchased with an introductory or welcome promotional code are eligible for return.

 

DAMAGES & LOST ITEMS

All products are inspected by hand and packaged securely to avoid shipping disappointments. Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If, in the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged, contact us at with the Order Number within 7 days of the delivery date. Please keep all packing materials, the shipping box, and contents. We will need photos of the packing materials and contents in order to file a courier claim.

In order to process any replacements, we require a physical return of the product and/or photos of the damage. We will work as quickly as possible to produce and ship replacements to you as soon as we have been informed of the situation. We are unable to honor product replacement requests after 7 days. 

We cannot accept responsibility for personal damages to an item. If the item has been misused, dropped, torn, stained, etc., we are unable issue a refund. Additionally, if a package is confirmed delivered by our logistic partners, but it is stolen or you are unable to locate it, we are unable to issue a refund. A claim may be filed with the shipping carrier for lost or stolen packages. 

 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are final sale and not eligible for returns or refund: Samples; Wallpaper and Wall Murals; Tile Decals; Fine Art Prints; Commercial goods (including Trade & Wholesale); Custom order products; Sale/Clearance items; Shipping fees; Gift cards. Additionally, all International orders are final sale.
