Wallpaper & Murals
Our Peel and Stick Wallpaper is great for DIYers, homeowners and renters for its ease of application and maintenance. Peel and Stick products also remove without any residue when it’s time to change designs or move on. We don’t recommend this wallpaper in high humidity areas.
Performance Vinyl products are preferred by design and business professionals for commercial and hospitality settings due to their heavier weight and added durability. Performance Vinyl can also be used for high traffic residential areas for its stain and scuff proof properties. This wallpaper can also be used in bathrooms.
We recommend ordering samples to determine your material preference.
We design and print our wallpaper in pre-matched and pre-trimmed sets, which means an easier installation for you. Start by measuring your walls and use our Wallpaper Calculator on each product page to determine how many sets you’ll need.
Wallpaper drop sizes:
- 6-foot: For half walls with wainscoting, chair rails, or other moldings.
- 8-foot: For standard 8-foot ceilings.
- 10-foot: For 9 to 10-foot ceilings.
For walls taller than 10 feet or extra help, contact our Customer Support team.
Keep in mind:
- We recommend ordering the full amount you'll need at once to avoid slight color variations between batches, as our wallpaper is printed to order.
- We do not offer refunds for unused sets.
If your wall has any texture, we recommend first sanding and priming your walls. Walls must be smooth for proper application. We recommend a high-quality clear, eco-friendly strippable adhesive like ROMAN ECO-800 to hang your Performance Vinyl wallpaper.
Our Performance Vinyl wallpaper is printed on a high-quality, commercial-grade substrate which makes it suitable for humid areas such as a bathroom. Be sure to pay particular attention to the seams and edges to help prevent any moisture from creeping behind the wallpaper and affecting the paste over time.
Install the panels in numerical order from left to right. The sequence will depend on the design you choose:
- Panel 1-2-1-2...
- Panel 1-2-3-4-1-2-3-4...
Repeat the sequence as needed to complete your space. When you reach panel 4, begin a new panel. Panel 1 of the new set will always align with panel 4 of the previous set.

We advise using the same length for your entire project, as the pattern match cannot be guaranteed across the different panel lengths.
If you’re working on a newly plastered wall, you’ll need to seal the wall with primer sealer beforehand to prevent the paste from being absorbed by the plaster, which can cause the paper to shrink.
We advise for your walls to be dry, even and firm before starting. We would then recommend using a water based pre-mixed paste that is suitable for paste-the-paper installation.
- Gently rub the stain with a soft cloth or a sponge and soapy water.
- Use lukewarm water and a clean rag to get off all soap residue.
- Wipe carefully and avoid using rough circular motions.
- Keep water away from the seams.
Shipping
Shipping charges for samples start at $6.
Shipping charges for most main products start at $9, calculated based on the size, weight, and final destination of the items in your order and confirmed at checkout.

Our Wallpapers, Wall murals, Tile Decals, and Fine Art Prints are printed to order and take 3-5 business days to be produced and shipped. All other items ship within 5-7 business days. Custom and special order products have a 1-3 week lead time. Large orders may arrive in more than one shipment.
Once your order is on its way, you'll receive an email from the courier with tracking details.
- Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days to be delivered.
- Priority shipping (within 2-3 business days) is available at checkout.
- Express shipping (within 1-3 business days) is available upon request through our contact page.
Deliveries are usually made between 9am and 6pm, excluding public holidays, though some couriers may deliver outside this time frame.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details, allowing you to follow your shipment's journey.

We ship all international orders with DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), so taxes and duties are included in the shipping price. There will be no extra charges when your order is delivered.
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. If you do not see international shipping options at checkout, please contact us for a quote.
Returns
All Wallpapers, Wall Murals, Tile Decals, and Fine Art Prints are custom printed to order and thus not eligible for returns or exchanges.
If there is an issue with your order or your package has been delayed or lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist you. While we are not responsible for lost packages once they leave our facility, we will work with the carrier to help resolve the issue as best as possible.
We are unable to accept returns on items that are printed to order, bespoke, customized or made to specific measurements. This includes all: Wallpapers, Wall Murals, Tile Decals, and Fine Art Prints
Our products are packaged securely to avoid shipping disappointments. If in the unfortunate event that your order arrives and product appears to be damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your Order Number. Please keep the box, packing materials, and contents and we’ll provide a return shipping label. We will need photos of the packing materials and contents in order to file a claim with the courier. Please note this process may take 2-3 weeks.
We will work as quickly as possible to produce and ship replacement rolls.
All refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Processing times typically take around 3-5 business days, but this can vary between card issuers, and unfortunately, we cannot influence this.
Original shipping costs will only be refunded for items that are incorrect or faulty. We will contact you if we have any questions regarding your return.
Sales
We are required to collect sales tax based on the laws and regulations of the state or province indicated in the shipping address. As tax regulations continue to evolve, we will continue to monitor state and local tax laws to ensure compliance.
Trade Partners enjoy tax exempt shipping with a resale certificate.
You’ll receive an email confirmation of your order provided that we have an accurate email address on record. You’ll also receive an email when your product ships which will include tracking information.
Tax exempt orders can be placed online or via email after a tax exempt certificate has been emailed to us and confirmed on your account. Email your Tax Exempt certificate and your contact information to hello@greenlyliving.co. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing.
